Acquisition of Tension S.A., a detergent production & supply company.

The Bakery & Confectionery Pilot plants begin their operation.

A new warehouse and logistics unit is acquired in Aspropyrgos, Attiki.

Velco S A. absorbs the associated company Alinda S.A., creating a new entity named “Alinda-Velco”, an Industrial and Commercial Company producing & trading industrial raw materials and chemical products.

The group expands their activities in Bulgaria, by establishing AlindaBG.

Expanding business from West to East. The group grows towards the Eastern market, founding Alinda-Velco Gida.

Alinda invests in their workforce by hiring more than 100 employees.

Alinda broadens its presence in more markets with the establishment of new companies in Germany and Cyprus, while focusing on export activities in the Middle East.

Alinda acquires a new dairy production plant in Thebes, increasing its production capacity.
