A. Cake Premixes

 

1) Tsoureki

Premix for the production of traditional tsoureki.
Rich in flavor and aroma. It remains fluffy, soft and consistent for a long time.
Packaging: 20 kg in multiwall paper bag within polyethylene liner.
Shelf-life: 9 months.

2) Cake Premixes: EG100 / SOL50 / FRONT100

Premixes for the production of cake, sponge cake, ravani, samali.
Easy to use by only adding vegetable oil and water.
Packaging: 20 kg in multiwall paper bag within polyethylene liner.
Shelf-life: 9 months.

3) Muffins Premix

Premix for the production of muffins, with a variety of flavours:
Vanilia, chocolate, caramel, yoghurt, orange, cherry, peanut.
Packaging: 20 kg in multiwall paper bag within polyethylene liner.
Shelf-life: 9 months.

 

 

B. Cake Gels

 

1) Cake Gel

In paste form which contains emulsifiers & stabilizers.
The use of product offers a greater loaf volume and freshness for a longer time.
Dosage: 2 – 5 % on dough basis.
Packaging: 18 kg plastic bucket.
Shelf-life: 18 months.

2) Special Ingredients for Gel production

Emulsifiers of special type which are incorporated into suitable mechanical equipment for the production of cake gel.
Recipe available upon request.
